Sub: Physical training for EPP at NSCBTTC,Kalyani or CTTC, Salt Lake, Kolkata

 

Dear Sir,

 

This is with reference to several rounds of discussions we had with you in matters of imparting physical training for executives entitled to get time bound promotion under EPP.

 

We wish to remind you that with the introduction of online examination to qualify for EPP there is wide spread resentment amongst our members for not receiving proper preparatory physical training before sitting for the examination. In this matter we have received several suggestions/opinions from our members to make arrangement for preparatory physical training at any of the training centre viz. NSCBTTC, Kalyani or CTTC, Salt Lake, Kolkata. The issue had already been taken up with Calcutta Telephones administration where a model has been evolved to impart the said training at NSCBTTC, Kalyani without TA/DA. We are enclosing the letters in this regard issued by CTD.

 

In this regard, we would like to request you to make arrangement for preparatory physical training for the executives working in WBTC also as per the modalities being followed in CTD.
