NOTICE

 

It is hereby notified that the XXIV State Conference of SNEA(I) West Bengal State Branch is scheduled to be held on & from 6th to 8th August, 2013.

 

The Pre-State Conference will be held on 6th August, 2013 at TI HALL, CTO Kolkata at 11:00 Hrs.

 

The Open session will be held on 6th August, 2013

 at TI HALL, CTO Kolkata at 16:00 Hrs.

The session for the Representative Council will commence on and from 7th to 8th August, 2013 at INSTITUTE OF ENGINEERS’ INDIA ( SIR R.N.MUKHERJEE HALL ), Kolkata.

 

      The agenda of the said conference are as follows:-

 

(i)            Flag Hoisting by State President on 7th August, 2013 .

(ii)          One minute silence for departed comrades.

(iii)         Confirmation of minutes of XXIII State Conference.

(iv)         Submission of State Secretary’s report and its adoption.

(v)          Submission of Treasure’s report and its adoption.

(vi)         Organizational Review.

(vii)        Discussion on Welfare Scheme and TEOA Bhawan.

(viii)      Discussion on HR issues and developmental activities.

(ix)         Election of new set of Office Bearers for the next term.

(x)          Discussion on any other resolutions / matters with the permission of the chair.

ANNEXURE

 

 

All Zonal Secretaries are requested to ensure the following before commencement of XXIV State Conference:-

 

(i)  To clear SHQ Quota upto June, 2013 latest by 31st July, 2013 as per
         membership list.

(ii)   To clear Legal fund, Building fund, SNEA Diary payment if due, latest by 31st       
        July, 2013 as per  membership list.

(iii) To clear the State Conference fee @ Rs. 5/- per member
(iv)   To elect the delegates in accordance to the provision of our Constitution and

        send the delegate list to SHQ latest by 6th July, 2013.

(v)    To clear delegate fee @ Rs. 500/- per member

(iv)   To send the resolutions to be placed before the Representative Council well

        in time to SHQ for necessary action.
