NOTICE

 

            It is hereby notified that the special one day  State Executive Committee Meeting of SNEA(I), WB State Branch will be held on 20.04.2013 at CTO Hall,Kolkata.

            The agenda are as follows:-

 

1)      One minute silence for departed comrades and others.

2)      Report of Zonal Secretaries including Membership strength (along with list), Quota position, CHQ building donation position, due payment of SNEA(I) Diary 2012( if any) and 2013.

3)      Report of State Secretary.          

4)      Report of Treasurer

5)      Date, Venue of ensuing State conference & formation of different committees to organize the State Conference.

6)      ITS repatriation issues, HR policy, online examination and other related matters.

7)      Developmental issues of CTD/WBTC

8)      Civil/Electrical/TF/QA/T&D/TS/ITPC related issues

9)      Misc., if any, with the permission of chair.

 

In this regard all Zonal Secretaries are requested:-

 

a)      to clear membership quota upto month of March’2013.

b)      to deposit the donation of Rs. 200/- per member for CHQ  Legal fund.

c)      to deposit the cost of SNEA(I) Diary 2012( if due) &2013.
