                                        Issue of Financial Viability should be given the highest priority.
                                        We should go for all out campaign against TRAI's unethical
                                        and unjustified decision and vested interest lobbys effort to :
                                        
                                        1. Abolition of ADC.
                                        2. Allow private operators to use "Unused Copper Cable network of BSNL"
                                           without paying any charge to BSNL.
 
                   The strength of SNEA(I) is our solidarity and unity.

       State body visited  Suri and Berhampore Zone for their AGB meeting on 10-11th Jan.'04.

        AGB Meeting of North-suburban Zone ,CTD  held on 14.01.2004.

        AGB Meeting of North-East  Zone CTD  held on 16.01.2004.

  AGB Meeting of Kharagpur  Zone held on 17.01.2004.

  AGB Meeting of Krishnanagar  Zone  held on 24.01.2004

  AGB Meeting of Sreerampur Zone held on 28.01.2004.

  AGB Meeting of South  Zone CTD  held on 31.01.2004

 

Sri R.N. Panda has been posted as CGM(ETR) and Sri J. K. Roy as     CGM(ETP)

SHQ held discussion with DFA/CTD in connection with EXTN. of date for

 EPF contribution for direct recruit JTOs. (Click here to see the letter)

  State body met GM, Operation, WBTC to discuss the pending issues in respect of JTOs/SDEs. The issues of officiating also discussed in the said meeting.

The State body also met CGM/ETR to disscuss about tenure & prayer transfer cases relating to JTOs/SDEs.Both the HEAD responded positively.

  State Body met GM(HQ) and DGM (Admin) ,CTD and discussed on the     

           following  issues:   

                            A. Payment on IDA Pay Scale after issuance of Presidential Order for Gr.B 

                                 officers.

                            B.  Long Pending Medical Cases in CTD.

                            C.  Endorsement for payment against SNEA(I) Diary. 

 

 

AGB of North-East Zone will be held on 16.01.2004 in lieu of 14.01.2004 due to   administrative reason.

 

After a long wait of about 4 years SNEA(I)  W.B.State Br. could bring out

         local officiating in TES Gr.B in CTD for 52 JTOs (Vide order no.  SAT-2002/local 

         offtg/SDE/03-04 dated at Kol-1 05.01.04).

All the Zonal /Secretaries are requested to ensure that the concerned AOs deduct Rs 25/- as subscription from the salary of JTOs/SDEs w.e.f May'2003

The order regarding the same have already been circulated by both CTD & WBTC administration.

AGB of Suri & Berhampore zone was held on 10.01.2004 & 11.01.2004. State office bearers attended the AGB. Discussed various zonal & CHQ issuues.
